General Information
We'd like you to arrive 15min prior to your service.
Late arrivals will not be discounted and your service will end on
its scheduled time, so that our next client is not delayed.
We'd appreciate if you shower before coming in for any type of
treatment. Massage & Healthy Body is not responsible for
any lost, stolen, or damaged items while receiving services.
We prefer that you keep all valuables at home. Anyone
between the age of 12 & 17 years of age need to be accompanied
by a parent or guardian whom must sign there intake-form.
Prenatal massages need physician's approval if you are suffering
any complications. The Wellness Center is a place
of serenity & peacefulness. We'd be grateful if all
cell phones & beepers were turned off at all times, & use
whisper voices while in the center. Thank you kindly.
Cancellation Policy
We'd love for you to keep your appointment. However,
if you have to cancel or reschedule, we'd like to receive a 24-hour
advance notice. Otherwise, your service will
be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee your credit card or
cash/check will be needed before you can get in for another
appointment. You must confirmed your appt. once call have been
place or appt. will be canceled.
Refund/Exchange Policy
There will be no refunds or exchanges on any services
(unless approved by a manager). If for any reason you are
unsatisfied with your product, we'll offer an exchange, as long as
the product remains unopened.
Pricing Policy
Massage & Healthy Body accepts all types of payments,
which does not include gratuity.
Contraindications
Intoxication, High Blood Pressure, Stroke, Diabetes, Varicose
Veins, Fever, Pregnancy, Heart Attacks, Medication, Open Sores
& Skin Eruption, Impetigo, Over the Counter Muscle
Relaxants.
Gift
Certificates
Gift Certificates are available for any occasion, and may be
purchased as a dollar amount, specific treatment or combination of
both. Gift Certificates must be redeemed witjin 6 months from the
time of purchase or before 12/14/05. Gift Certificates
purchased after December 15, 2005 (there is no expiration date
involved, but is subject to change without notice). We cannot honor any loss or stolen Gift
Certificates, so please keep your Gift Certificates near.
Unfortunately, Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash,
non-transferable, and non-refundable (unless approved by a
manager).
