Hypnosis is an altered state
of consciousness, which is induced and characterized by extreme
physical relaxation and focused mental concentration, wherein the
subconscious becomes more susceptible to suggestions which are
acceptable including remembering every moment of life that has been
lived, but long since forgotten, by the conscious mind.
Hypnotherapy employs the use
of hypnosis to eliminate fears, phobias, and anxiety, as well as
undesirable habits and addictive tendencies which are detrimental
to one's physical and emotional health and vitality. This can be
accomplished with deep hypnosis accompanied by positive suggestions
to the subconscious mind. |

Past
Life Regression If regression techniques are
incorporated into the use of hypnotherapy, the success rate for
eliminating physical and emotional problems increases
significantly. Why is this so? Simply because the conscious mind is
a virtual reservoir of complete and intricately detailed memories
of one's life experiences regardless of whether they occurred in
the present or past. These experiences are like computer programs
that condition our physical and emotional responses to everything
life has to offer, everything that comes into our awareness through
our physical senses.
|
|---|
The subconscious mind not only recalls
every detail of every moment of every life but also integrates this
information so that it interfaces and many times overrides our
conscious thoughts by giving us a specific attitude and emotional
feeling about everything in life, thus laying the ground work of
our personality and giving credence to the idea that we are
presently the sum total of our previous personalities. Of paramount
importance here is the fact that the distinction of time when an
event took place is conspicuously absent when the subconscious
files memories away. In some ways, we are like robots, giving into
the easier thought, which may have been laid down for us centuries
ago.
Conscious distinction of time is extremely important in past life
regression therapy. As time appears to be a logical construct of
physical life on earth. It fits well in this dimension of sunrise
and sunset and interfaces propitiously with our mortality as
physical beings. I believe most if not all illnesses have an
emotional component effecting it in one way or another, and have
the potential to improve more rapidly and completely with
conventional treatment when regression therapy is included and
followed by positive suggestion to the subconscious. |
