Deep Tissue Massage:

Known for its’ detailed work.  This involves working muscles and

their attachments using deep pressure.  Unlike Swedish massage, deep

tissue is performed without connective strokes and  to remove tension and

painful knots.

Structural Integration:

Technique used to lengthen a specific muscle and its’ covering (fascia) to

relieve pain and adjust any misalignments in the body. This session is unlike

any other massage and does not include usage of any oils.  The therapist uses

the pressure of their own body weight to relax the muscles (thixotrophy).

Cranial Sacral Therapy:

Although uncommon in public knowledge, cranial sacral therapy is a

very effective treatment.  While client is fully clothed, therapist uses very

light  finger pressure on the cranium and sacrum to align the spine and balance

out the body to improve the nervous system and the flow of cerebrospinal

 fluid (wonderful for headaches).

Injury Massage:

Massage requiring the therapist to look for cause of dysfunction.  This helps

relieve chronic and acute pain by working on the major muscles in segments

using specific and detailed deep technique to stimulate the muscle fibers. The

goal is to help the client become pain-free.

Reflexology:

Relaxing and effective feet massage. This massage is the practice of

manipulating reflex areas in feet and hands, which correspond to specific

body parts and organs.

Sports Maintenance:

Massage which stretches and maintains most commonly used muscles

and attachments continually strained by athletic activities.

Pregnancy Massage:

Relax and enjoy your pregnancy while the therapist massages the stressful

and tense areas commonly affected by the pregnancy cycle.  The client lies

on their stomach while the belly lays comfortably in the table opening

 protected by strong criss-cross bands.

Shiatsu:

Is a different type of relaxation.  This treatment is done on a mat and fully

clothed.  The therapist works the energy channels and tsubos to balance out

the body while muscles are being stretched to promote better flexibility.

Ashiatsu:

Relax while your body is being massaged by the therapist’s feet.  The

therapist is holding onto bars using their whole body weight to break through

the tense and tough muscles leaving you relieved of stress.

Acupressure:

Similar to Shiatsu, this modality is done fully clothed.  While the client is on

the table, the therapist works the energy channels and tsubos with very

light finger pressure to balance out the body and promote better health.

Mini Stress Relief & Swedish Massage:

This massage uses a variety of light techniques, such as: Gliding, kneading,

tapping, feathering, etc.  This type of massage is known to be very relaxing

and it is most common in the massage industry.

Hot Stone Therapy

Treat yourself to a very popular massage which uses hot rocks from the

deepest parts of volcanoes.  These hot rocks are found in the chilled lavas

and shaped into soft and smooth surfaces to gently massage the muscles

while its’ temperature relaxes the body.

Aromatherapy:

Relaxing massage with the use of essential oils derived from various plants

to soothes the body with designed scent to relieve specific dysfunctions

of the body
